Deposit $750; then $350 monthly for 12 months

Comprehensive lab evaluation (labs can be billed through insurance)
Follow up appointment to discuss findings and determine if more comprehensive testing is indicated, such as gut testing, genomics, etc. (60 minutes)

Weekly group support sessions
Quarterly calls to check in and determine the need for repeat labs/testing
Access to the Soimere system course portal for ongoing support and education
Hormone Replenishment (if in AZ); if in another state, I will work to find a practitioner with you for prescribing, as well as weight loss medication options as needed*
*Hormone replenishment pricing may vary, but we will utilize prescriptions covered by insurance whenever possible. Tirzepitide will be an additional fee of $300/month.
